1. About Us
SellerShield UK ("we", "us", "our") provides specialist consultancy services to Amazon sellers dealing with listing restrictions, product compliance issues, suppressed ASINs, policy-related disruptions, and reinstatement matters.
We operate as an independent consultancy business. We are not affiliated with Amazon and do not provide legal advice.
2. Our Services
Our services may include listing reviews, restricted product recovery support, appeal drafting assistance, compliance guidance, case management, and related consultancy services.
All services are advisory in nature. We provide strategic support and recommendations based on the information supplied to us.
Final decisions regarding listings, ASINs, accounts, appeals, or reinstatement are made solely by Amazon.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we aim to provide the strongest possible support for each case, we cannot guarantee any specific result.
This includes, but is not limited to, reinstatement, ASIN reactivation, policy reversals, approval timescales, Amazon response times, or successful outcomes.
Our role is to provide professional guidance designed to maximise the likelihood of a positive resolution.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are payable in advance.
Fees may include review fees, consultancy fees, recovery package fees, extension fees, or other agreed charges depending on the service selected.
Work will usually begin once cleared payment has been received and sufficient case information has been provided.
5. Refund Policy
Quick Review or initial assessment fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Recovery service fees are refundable only where expressly agreed in writing before engagement.
Refunds will not usually be available where substantial work has been completed, where delays are caused by missing information, where inaccurate or misleading information has been supplied, where advice has not been followed, or where Amazon declines the case.
Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information relevant to your case.
This may include notices received, product information, invoices, prior correspondence, account details, and any documents reasonably requested.
You remain fully responsible for your Seller Central account and all actions taken within it.
7. Case Handling
Depending on the service purchased, we may review your case, prepare draft submissions, recommend supporting evidence, advise on listing changes, and guide follow-up actions.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all submissions to Amazon are made by you.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability in relation to any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that service.
We shall not be liable for loss of sales, loss of ranking, advertising losses, storage charges, reputational damage, indirect losses, consequential losses, or any losses arising from Amazon's decisions or delays.
9. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and will only use information reasonably required to provide our services, operate our business, or comply with legal obligations.
10. Referral Programme
Referral rewards may be offered from time to time at our discretion.
A referral fee will only become payable where the referred client becomes a paying customer, payment has been fully received, and any applicable eligibility conditions have been met.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any referral programme at any time.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel before work has commenced.
Where work has already started, fees may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of work completed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase or engagement will apply.
